RTS Link 延到 2027年2月：为什么又延？JB–Singapore 通勤族最新时间线一次看

如果你一直记得 RTS Link 会在 2026 年底开通，现在要改一下计划了。

Malaysia Ministry of Transport 和 Singapore Land Transport Authority 在 2026 年 10 月 2 日的 joint release 确认：

Johor Bahru–Singapore RTS Link passenger service 目前预计在 2027 年 2 月开始。

重点是“预计”。

官方没有宣布一个已经锁死的 opening day。最新 timeline 仍然 subject to：

• final system tests；
• trial runs；
• independent safety certification；
• Malaysia 和 Singapore 两边最后的 regulatory approvals。

所以不要把 February 2027 当成已经保证某一天一定开。

为什么 RTS Link 又延？

官方给出的原因不是 infrastructure 大幅落后。

相反，joint release 说两边主要 infrastructure works 已经 substantially complete。

现在卡在 service commencement 前最后一段：

1. RTS Operations（RTSO）完成剩余 system tests；
2. 完成 trial runs；
3. 由 independent safety assessor 做 safety certification；
4. 两国 authorities review certification；
5. 取得最后 regulatory approvals；
6. 才能正式载客。

RTSO 目前预计在 31 December 2026 前完成 final system tests 和 trial runs。

也就是说，2026 年底比较像是测试阶段的重要节点，不是 passenger service opening date。

最新 timeline 怎么看？

目前最实际的版本：

• 现在至 Dec 2026：剩余 testing / commissioning / trial runs
• By 31 Dec 2026：RTSO 目标完成 final system tests 和 trial runs
• 之后：independent safety certification
• 再之后：Malaysia + Singapore regulatory approvals
• Current target：passenger service in February 2027

如果 certification 或 approval 需要更多时间，时间仍可能调整。

RTS Link 到底从哪里到哪里？

RTS Link 是约 4km 的跨境 rail shuttle。

两端是：

Malaysia

Bukit Chagar Station, Johor Bahru

位置靠近 JB Sentral 一带。

Singapore

Woodlands North Station

Woodlands North 也连接 Singapore MRT 的 Thomson-East Coast Line。

对很多 JB–Singapore commuter 来说，RTS 的价值不是“多一条旅游 train”，而是把每天跨 Causeway 的一部分 traffic 转到 rail。

Train journey 真的只要 5 分钟？

官方目前仍写：

Bukit Chagar ↔ Woodlands North train journey about 5 minutes。

但这 5 分钟指的是 train journey 本身。

你实际 door-to-door time 还会包括：

• 到 station；
• walking；
• ticket / access；
• immigration clearance；
• waiting；
• 从 Woodlands North 再转 MRT / bus。

所以不要把“5分钟”理解成从 JB 家门到 Singapore office 只需要 5 分钟。

Immigration 怎么过？

这是 RTS 最值得注意的设计之一。

Malaysia 和 Singapore 的 Customs, Immigration and Quarantine（CIQ）会 co-located 在两个 terminal。

简单理解：

你在出发地一次完成两边 immigration clearance。

例如从 JB 去 Singapore：

• 在 Bukit Chagar 处理相关 departure / arrival immigration；
• 抵达 Woodlands North 后，不需要再做一次完整的 immigration clearance。

反方向也是同样概念。

这会比现在很多 Causeway crossing 的流程更集中。

一小时能载多少人？

RTS Link peak capacity：

up to 10,000 passengers per hour per direction。

这是 peak capacity，不代表每个小时永远都会有 10,000 人搭。

但规模足以说明 RTS 是用来分担大量跨境 commuter flow，而不是一条小型 shuttle。

Fare 多少钱？

目前不要乱猜。

截至这篇文章整理时，最新 delay announcement 的重点是 opening timeline、testing 和 certification，不是 final passenger fare。

所以如果你看到网上已经有人写死：

“RTS 一趟一定 RMXX”

先确认是不是官方正式 fare announcement。

我现在可以开始按照 December 2026 安排通勤了吗？

不建议。

如果你原本已经在想：

• December 开始少开车；
• end-2026 改 commute route；
• 以为 RTS 开了才搬家；
• 以为年底 Causeway traffic 会马上明显改变；

现在都应该重新看一次。

至少在正式 passenger service 日期确认前，继续用目前 Causeway / Second Link 的现实通勤时间做计划。

不要因为看到 station 已经很完整，就把自己的 daily schedule 当成 RTS 已经 available。

现在 JB–Singapore commuter 应该怎么规划？

比较现实的是：

1. 继续预留现有 border-crossing buffer

尤其：

• weekday peak hour；
• Friday evening；
• Sunday return traffic；
• public holiday / school holiday。

RTS 还没有载客前，你的 travel plan 仍然依赖现有 crossing network。

2. 不要把 February 当成 exact date

“February 2027 target”不是“1 February 一定开始”。

等官方公布：

• final opening date；
• operating hours；
• fares；
• ticket / payment method；
• passenger flow instructions。

再调整 daily routine。

3. 如果因为 RTS 考虑租房 / 买房，不要只看 marketing

靠近 Bukit Chagar 确实可能对跨境 commuter 有吸引力。

但 housing decision 还要看：

• walking / feeder connectivity；
• parking；
• total commute to workplace；
• rent / mortgage；
• maintenance； -真正 opening date。

不要因为“RTS nearby”四个字就忽略整体成本。

最后：这次不是“工程没做好”，而是 opening 前最后认证流程还没完成

最新 joint release 的核心信息可以压缩成一句：

RTS infrastructure 已大致完成，但 final tests、independent safety certification 和两国 regulatory approval 还需要时间，所以 passenger service 目标改到 February 2027。

对通勤族最实际的提醒则是：

现在不要再按照 December 2026 已开通来安排。正式日期出来前，继续为 Causeway / Second Link 留足时间。
